If you have placed an order on our website, you can always check the status of your order by logging into your customer account.

  1. To log in to your account, click this link and enter your username and password.
  2. Once logged in, you will see a listing of your most recent orders under "Order History."
  3. Select the order number to see your order details. Here you will see your Shipping Status. If your order has shipped, you can find your Shipping Tracking Number here as well.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible and may be delayed during sales events, holidays and inclement weather. Customers receive an email notification, once orders are processed for shipment.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. There might be a delay in receiving your orders during sale events, special holidays, and inclement weather.                                


We strongly encourage you to place your order as early as possible. 

Orders placed after 12/13 are not guaranteed to arrive by 12/25. 

Stanley Create customized orders placed after 12/2 will not arrive by 12/25
